So 86 Games total..I was off by 3 - huzzah for basic counting skills.

Here are the horrible picture I took...

So some stuff that are obviously not noticeable due to my bad pics...I do have some Japanese Saturn games mixed in along with some Dreamcast games, Wii, Gamecube, 32x, Sega CD, Game Gear, PS1, and NeoGeo Pocket color. Since I've been focusing mostly on my Genesis collection, I only have small amounts of other systems games...usually stuff I pick up from thrift stores or get good deals on...or know I won't come across to many of them in the wild...Also a huge shout out to Melanie who seems to have an ungodly amount of luck when thrift store hunting...and needless to say I'm probably her number 1 customer lol!

So I'm always on the lookout for Sega stuff...rare stuff especially - there is a guy in Pittsburgh selling a Sega Saturn retail store kiosk...its a beast and probably weighs more than a refrigerator. I'm hoping to get it off his hands soon as I can cough up enough money...and if I do you will find pictures here.

So my progress on a complete..complete Genesis collection...total games released in the United States...around 708..total in my collection...66 - such a long way to go!

This blog is going to jump all over . Next blog I will hopefully have my first review for you as well as some repair tips and we will do some reviews on Genesis accessories. Until next time..thanks for reading!

Find Update

Hey guys. Not a whole lot on the find front for my Sega collection. Lately I've been coming across tons of Nintendo stuff though. My GF is a Nintendo person and has a lot of stuff, but I figured why not start adding to my game room if its the right price...right? Right! So my recent finds have been a N64 with several controllers and games , an SNES model 1 with tons of games and controllers, aaaannddd....a model 2 or mini SNES which I'm pretty stoked that I found out in the wild...and for only $10 bucks! There really hasn't been any major game finds lately or cool oddities, but I will take a picture of the Nintendo lot soon as I wake up a little more and add it. Really hoping to get a house soon so I have room for all my stuff. For those who don't know...I had an apartment loaded with stuff, but decided to move back home to save money for a house...well taking an apartment full of video game and other goodies back to a bedroom..not the best idea lol....we have wallp...

Last Minute Grabs Thanks to Melanie Z!

So after a nice dinner out with 2 of the most awesome people in the world...aka Melanie and Jeff - we went back to their house and Mel decided to unload some of her loose Genesis games to the greater cause! Huzzah! Spiderman/X-Men Mrs Pac-man Rambo 3 Power Rangers: The Movie Toy Story Jurassic Park Batman & Robin Chakan This officially boosts me up to 94 games - 6 away from the 100 mark - but remember, my goal is a completed complete collection, boxed w/manuals. This helps though as you never know when empty boxes will appear. Funny story.... I used to work for Game Crazy (part of Hollywood Video) back about 8 years ago. One day we get an e-mail from corporate saying we are to dump boxes and manuals of duplicate old gen games in order to free up space for newer games. So when the day was over - after nearly coming to tears from dumping a crap load of Genesis/NES/SNES/N64/DC/Saturn cases out in the trash...I went on a little dumpster diving trip :)  - needless t...
